I recently had to down size my apartment and needed a place to put all my things but also have access to them.  As it turns out, there is great storage facility in the same building I shop and often go on lunch.  Staff was helpful and the building is great because its not your typical place with just a drab storage space.  I can know go in and out as needed and grab a bite to work on things all in one convenient location. If you have work items in storage you need access to often, this is a greet place to place your things.

Our stuff kept getting brown sticky liquid dripped on it.  It turned out the pipes were leaking through the grating on top of our unit.  It looked like sewage.   We also got our car towed while we were in the unloading driveway because the city said they don't honor the Chelsea Mini Storage loading signs.  Argh.

I been a customer for years very friendly people .....the only problem is the rent increases often .well is N.Y.

Had a terrible experience. Called the manager and told him I would need help moving help moving large boxes and a mini fridge because I was just a young college student. When I get there and ask for help, the MANAGER YELLS at me telling me that I'm trying to manipulate him and continues to insult me! He saw a young woman by herself and took advantage of the situation. All the other staff saw this and did not say a word. I would never return to this place and I recommend to everyone else to take their business elsewhere.
