It took 15 minutes for them to even take our drink order. I asked the waiter if refills for orange juice were free and she gave me unnecessary attitude about it. I asked how much the price was for a small orange juice. And she said it was 1.70 something. And I looked at the menu and it said 2.59. So I assumed that was the price of the large. I got my check and they charged me 5 dollars for a large! Ridiculous. I talked to the waiter about it and she seemed put off about it and didn’t do anything to fix it. Other than the bad customer service and over priced food my oatmeal was decent.

The service is friendly and the food is well made. Good atmosphere with a vibrant energy. Recently however, the quality if service has slipped somewhat. Once seated it seems to take a long time for water to reach the table or your order to be taken. After that, the refreshment problem only seems to worsen. Beverages are long gone before asked about and even with the empty cups placed by the edge of the table, they go unnoticed it seems.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, it reminds me of cafes in Europe. The food is delicious and the desserts are incredible. The staff is pretty slow in getting your order and getting your food out, so if you eat here you should plan on at least 1 1/2 hours no matter what you end up ordering. I would like the staff to be a little quicker in future visits.

Love this place. I forgot to have a cake made for my husbands birthday dinner and after looking at several places which only had vanilla and chocolate cakes, I gave this bakery a try. They had a raspberry chocolate mouse cake made that was beautiful and delicious. I certainly didn't expect to find a cake like this waiting to be bought by the whole and you won't find it for this quaility anywhere else. The lady who helped me wrote happy birthday on it and was so kind.

Went for breakfast with my little niece. We both had one of their wide selection of pastries but their actual breakfast menu looked very good too. This place has a nice atmosphere, and seems good for a quick on-the-go pastry or a sit down meal for a family (I saw other small children there as well) or a date. I'll definitely be returning!
