Very rube lady that works here. I came at 7:45p.m the lady told me she was close and then told me I had to get out and locked the door and the sign and online said that this place close at 9:00p.m I would never eat here

The most horrible place!!My goodness it was so bad! And, you pay the money for a sit-down restaurant for only getting a hot dog to go! The staff put up a face as if they do not welcome the customer and I agree with the other review about the sauerkraut and I got cheated in that way too. See, in order to make money out of customers and chase a little bit of profits, you lose much more by losing customers. If the customer were treated right, they would not complain. I think Stanford shopping mall should consider replacing this place with a better, more upscale place b/c after all the whole shopping center is not intended for something like this.
