I made 2 trips to GoWireless. My first to get specifics on transferring my service to Verizon and my second to actually make the switch. Art gave me all the information I needed to make a seamless switch to Verizon. He helped me select the plan and phone that worked best for me. He took care of porting my line and transferring my contacts and photos. Art was professional and courteous. The store was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be returning to see Art, at GoWireless, for any of my Verizon needs! Top notch, thanks again Art!

I went in one day for more information about my account and left with a smile on my face and feeling better than I did before I got there. The representative, Art was very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable and helped me with various services, even informing me about and guiding me with important things related to my Verizon experience that I had no idea about. I appreciate this expanded level of customer service and look forward to visiting this store again.

Howard provided exceptional service while upgrading my phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phone and accessories. He worked to find the plan that suited me best. He was so personable throughout the process. I usually dread upgrading but this time it was a real pleasure.

Brian and the other Gentlemen at this GoWireless Verizon store were great. They helped re-establish my line after getting a replacement phone through the Verizon Insurance. Could not of been easier and faster. Great work. Thank You.
