Helped me get a new phone when I dropped mine and broke it. Tje salesperson was knowledgeable and kind. Because they work on commission, she suggested a high priced item and said she would discount it for me. She didn't and I got stuck paying for a $700.00 phone plus a $150.00 case. Ugh! This is why I hate commissioned salespeople!

Avoid this location! I came in for help about my phone. There were 4 employees, one was helping a customer while 2 were finishing up with a customer. I sat down, and everybody left so there were 3 free employees! When I got asked what I need help with I explained and the guy did not help me at all! He just put me on the phone to talk to customer care??? Like I came for your help..... if I knew I was just going to be handed the phone I would've stayed home ....even the operator asked if I was helped before calling... this is where I just decided to hang up and leave. No one cares to help you ... I had to drive to the Woodstock location and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The lady there helped me and was very patient!

I prefer this location because there aren't any large crowds & long waits. Also the staff knows what they are doing and are glad to help you. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!

Great convient location and nice staff, but way understaffed and increadibly busy. Takes so lonh to get to a person, and with no restrooms on site or near it is a nightmare to do with children in tow.

Terrible Repair service. Took my phone here April 5. It's May 1st and I just got an email saying my phone is ready for pick up. It takes me 30mins to get to this store. When I get here they say my phone. Wouldn't be in till tomorrow.
