Hate guitar centers. Sam Ash is way better. These guys do not take care of their gear. Every Floyd Rose I’ve played is out of tune so bad it needs tools to fix. Really? Also they don’t really seem eager to help you. Go to Sam Ash you’ll be much happier.

Great place for stocking stuffers !! My son is picky but we found a lot of guitar stuff at great prices. Will definitely shop there again.

The staff is not very energetic or engaging, I was ready to buy a Taylor 12 string, had the money in my pocket and they had the very model that I wanted. They never took the time to get it off the wall and let me try it out. I got the guitar at a local competitor.
