It's really geared towards the contractors. I've often felt talked down to here, like they just don't have time for me. If you're a weekend DIYer, go somewhere else. They might actually want your business. I feel like I'm annoying them here anytime I ask them something. And no, I'm not asking stupid questions; I more or less know what I'm doing.

Ordered a load of lumber to build a deck. Competitive pricing, great service. Priced out much better than the big box stores. Delivered fast.

It's a hardware store that has a good selection. Prices are decent. Not a good place for supplies as a contractor, offering a 3% discount? But I suppose that's not their strong clientele. If you've got a trailer you might have some trouble parking. Decent experience. It was very...okay.
