I've had several of arrangements made by April. She is amazing and her staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Grace Lakes Florist.

I love the service here.  The many arrangements from this florist I have ordered have been beautiful.  The flowers are fresh and have lasted well over a week each order.  Quality and price with great service cannot be beat!
They are up to date on the latest in style and are unique as well.  Not the same old green vase with ferns for filler etc.  Awesome!

I went to Grace Lakes for my wedding flowers and I was very disappointed.  The colors were not what I wanted (their idea of peach is coral), and some of the roses had brown around the edges which is just unacceptable when you are paying Naples prices.  I've seen fresher looking flowers at grocery stores. 

I asked for my bridal bouquet to be on the smaller side. They managed to do the complete opposite of that.  Giving me about five pounds of hydrangea and a few roses to walk down the aisle.  It was probably the width of my waist and looked cheap and clownish.  Even other people commented on how big and heavy it was.  It looked ridiculous.  I spent about an hour on my wedding day dismantling it and trying to put it back together into something decent. 

I wrote them an email to express my disappointment and I got no response.  I wrote again the next day and got a very brief, very non-apologetic response. I think I should have at least gotten a phone call from them considering it was my wedding, but no.

Overall, bad customer service.  I would not recommend them at all.

Went to Grace Lakes to get a birthday arrangement for my girlfriend, who is very picky when it comes to flowers. I spoke with the owner, April, and after telling her my girlfriends likes and dislikes April made an awesome arrangement! The flowers were very unique and the flowers lasted! My girlfriend was impressed, which earned me points, I'll be back for an anniversary bouquet for sure!
