I just picked up my somewhat dated silk floral arrangement. Wow!! Jill and staff created the most beautiful contemporary piece. I am ecstatic and had the confidence she would produce beautiful results. We have been the recipients of many fresh arrangements from Naples Flowers since 2009 so I had the confidence I would receive a fabulous arrangement and I was not disappointed.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's wedding and flowers for the top of her cake. I only gave 4 days notice! They had to call and order the specific flowers (sunflowers) that she wanted. The flowers for the cake were supposed to be just 2 but ended up an entire arrangement. GORGEOUS - and the flowers to carry were the most beautiful, best arrangement I have ever seen. They were kept in a glass vase until ready to use. The owners really went above and beyond -we could not have been happier!

Ordered flowers for my significant others birthday. On the day of delivery, early afternoon, they were having trouble locating the address in their GPS, so they called me. I gave them another address to the front of the development and also directions how to get there. Around 5:30, they called me from the wrong address, on the other side of town, attempting to make the delivery. I told the driver this time where the correct location for the delivery was, and he told me he would not be able to make the delivery that day (the birthday) and that they would have to make it the next day. I called the shop the next day, and the man I talked to was very rude and sounded ready for combat as soon as he answered the phone. He basically said they did everything they could and offered no refund, no apology & no way to make the experience better. What is the point of birthday flowers the day after a birthday? Very disappointed. Will not use again.
