I first took my cherished Birkenstock's for an overhaul - it is like have a brand new pair!  I've had my favorite purse repaired and new soles on my favorite boots!  I highly recommend Grace's shoe repair!

HORRIBLE>>HORRIBLE.. HAD TO PUT ONE STAR TO MAKE MY POINT!!THIS SHOP DISTROYED MY GUCCI GG PATTERN FABRIC W/LEATHER WALLET. GRACE'S SHOP MAN SAID HE WOULD ONLY USE A LIGHT BASE CLEANSER/SAME THAT HE USES FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS HANDBAGS. I LEFT IT FOR CLEANING, WHEN I PICKED MY WALLET UP I WAS SHOCKED AND IN TEARS. THIS MAN DISTROYED MY WALLET BY USING A "DYE CHEMICAL"//LEATHER IS NO LONGER THE SAME COLOR//SMEARS ON THE FABRIC//HIS PERMANANT DRIED FINGER PRINTS ON IT//WALLET HAVE DRIED HARD AND CRACKING. WHEN CONFRONTINGT GRACE'S SHOP OWNER-HE SUDDENLY SPOKE NO ENGLISH!!..///I AM SUEING!!

One star is too many. This place took my $100 burgundy dress shoes and dyed them brown! I had a small scratch on my left shoe, so I took them to Grace's to have it buffed out. I had never been to a shoe repair person but I trusted that he would know what he was doing. I showed him the scratch on the shoe and asked if he could get it out. He said "No problem, twenty dollars, pick them up tomorrow". Well tomorrow came, and I was handed a pair of brown shoes! Even worse, he hadn't even touched the scratch. It was still there!! He then proceeded to argue with me that they were the right color. When I showed him the tongue of the shoe (which was still the original burgundy) he conceded. Once again he said "No problem come back tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and all he did was DYE THE TONGUE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR SHOES HERE!
