I came in for a recall on my 2010 Ford Fusion. They claimed the recall wasn't needed, but a few months later the exact problem the recall was to fix occurred. Now I am no longer covered by the recall and have to pay for the repairs myself. The service department is apathetic at best to their customers. If possible, avoid this Ford dealer. It is well worth it to drive elsewhere for better service, and to have a job done properly.

Very good buy a new car and also service dept! Yeah, When I went to Service Dept for another maintenance but they told me that our truck need to replace with Master Cylinder Brake due to recall. I do not know that news. Thank for honest to tell me by Service Dept people. I am satisfied with Upper Marlboro Ford Sale-man Dept or Service Dept.

Took my Fusion Titanium in on March 29 to get new tires, alignment, and balancing. I was expecting to wait a few hours and drive the car home. Then a tech notice was discovered that a door latch replacement was needed. They said that would take some time and they'd need the car overnight. They drove me home and picked me up the next day. All was done. The new tires feel good. Notes on the Fusion: 1. My car isn't a hybrid, but I know someone who has a Fusion hybrid. Very nice. How about an all wheel drive version. 2. The A and B pillars of the Fusion are very wide. Under certain conditions , those pillars can obscure the location and movement of other vehicles. Maybe the engineers can find a way to make them narrower and still retain the same strength. 3. The empty front passenger seat and headrest, depending on the position it was left in, can add to the B pillars visual obscuration. A simple button on the dash to automatically align the passenger seat and its headrest with the B pillar so vision is minimally obscured would be nice. 4. There is lots of space inside the Fusion in which to place items for transport. But the width of the door openings and height of the trunk opening severely restrict what you can place in the car. A trunk opening more like a hatchback would enable bigger items to be inserted into the car.

12/24/2017.Wasted My Time ! Very unprofessional ! There Employees Make Rude comments !😡 I Am 52 years old . I have purchased many new Cars and trucks all Fords ! ( Read THIS ! I Emailed Upper Marlboro Ford 3 weeks ago . Beginning of December! I inquired about a Black 2017 F-150 . I was told it was under a recall for a rear Door. I patiently waited for three weeks . Finally I get a email from Sherry saying it's ready . An hour later I get another email saying it's not ready ! 15 minutes later I get a email saying it's ready and that the service department had made a mistake ! I tell Sherry OK that's great ! My job does not allow phone calls 8 AM to 6 PM yet I receive many . I asked Sherry to send me a a quote of the pricing of the vehicle ! Which she did ! I also asked them to give me a ballpark on my trade I had sent the vin & miles told him there was one on there that took the whole day to respond . She had said she emailed me all I got was a blank email in return . I finally got the estimate for my trade-in back the next day ! I told Sherry that I want as much paperwork / information done so I can spend minimal time in the dealership ! In the 21st-century with the computers I know many people that have bought the car over the Internet ! *(Her response to this was this IS NOT McDonald's ! *) I felt insulted so bad ! What kind a professional place would Say respond like this ? No professional knowledge ! she was very unprofessional. I was never even asked to fill out a credit application or anything Online ! I bought my Last Ford at ( WALDORF FORD ) I Highly Recommended them ! I was in and out of there in 40 minutes in 2013 ! The only reason I did not go to Waldorf is the did not have the truck I wanted ! I talked to the manager At upper Marlboro Ford!! He said they would not take a deposit either ! (making me wait three weeks and being very unprofessional ? Won't take A Deposit so I can spend Christmas with my Family ! I had to go out of town for Christmas and they sold it out from underneath of me ! Stay away from this place they don't care ! PERIOD! Stay away sincerely James Saunders ! Update ! 12/27/2017 above Information in response to my experience ! As Of 1:30 pm 12/27 I Have. No Heard a word from anyone in regards to upper Marlboro Fords response stating they would have a ( Manager ) contact me . I will keep updating this Review until I here from them ! My gut feeling is they (won't respond ) ! Disappointed James Saunders! 👎

My salesperson Ira provided me the very best customer support during the car buying process. Even when I ran into complications during the decisions process, Ira was there to ensure I had enough time to analyze everything and gave me his honest opinion. No pressure to buy anything and was mostly concern that I was getting what I needed and within my price range. He never forced me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with and provided me with all information, good or bad. Will continue to come to this location for all of may support and future car buying needs.
