DONT DO IT!!! If you want to be taken for your shoes catch the red line last trip with them untied. At least this way you can fight back! No store front anymore fake customer service. Took my shoes and the old dude talked all this crap about customer service and he loves shoes and he know this person and that person and what shoes he's going to get. LOL he was talking about my shoes. Once he got them and my money one excuse after another then finally BOOM. He flipped hanging up the phone calling me a hatter...told you he was OLD. OG's just aren't worth going to jail. I value life and freedom too much to risk it all for a CLOWN who clearly wont be in business in a few years. I pray that he doesn't do this to the wrong person and lose it for 65 bucks. FOLKS PRAY and don't go to this place... Had to give 1 star to post

I LOVE this place!!! They have great customer service also they updated me regarding the status of my shoes. the turn around time was great. I also loved the fact that they make pick ups and deliveries. I believe they found a customer for life!!!

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. The owner Stephen does not know how to talk to or treat paying customers. They do not call you for updates on your shoes whether they will be dropped off on time or pushed back. They do not pickup/ drop off shoes on time and do not call to let you know that they will b late. So basically you will be sitting around waiting on your shoes until they feel like dropping them off and do not care about the inconvenience it causes you THE PAYING CUSTOMER. I've let them work on multiple shoes and have gotten the same result, so there's nomore benefit of the doubt for this company. HOPEFULLY you read this before you waste your precious time and money.

Took some og space jams to them and they did an amazing job restoring them. They iced my soles and reattached my soles, shined up my pat leather, and cleaned my white mid soles to look new. I was amazed, they brought back my shoes from the 90s
