Very rude staff. They talk amongst themselves and make u feel like a fool. Even when I told them exactly what I wanted they did what they wanted to do. I went for eye make up. She was using a broken brush. It was hurting. I had to tell her to change. The eyeliner she applied was not balanced. Eye shades were not visible n on top if that using dirty towel to wipe my face.

New staff are totally ridiculous and unprofessional. They destroy my eyebrow shape. I went back and ask to fix it but they refuse to do so and said you are looking fine. Stupid lady. Very bad experience. Never visit after 5 pm. Trained staff works in morning and in evening only 2 or 3 girls works. They are rude and un professional.

Worst salon ever. I went to this place for a haircut just because it was close to my home, I entered the salon, there were 4 ladies working on different clients. Not a single one greet client with a hello. I waited for about 20 mins and then a lady nodded at me to come over. They had no pictures of hair styles so I couldn't show what I wanted. I told her I need short on sides and medium on top. She didn't say a word and started with very short on sides (#2 on trimmer). I told her not to keep it so short. She started cutting on top with scissor and she was awful, the levels were messy and they didn't look even. She had no experience, no styling and she couldn't understand what I was asking. I figured she had no interest in doing her job. I was disappointed so I just paid the money and in return she gave me ripped bills in change. I asked her to change the ripped bills and she refused saying these work everywhere. I just left. I had to goto another salon to get my hair fixed on the same day. Never goto this place. Worst place, unprofessional staff and worst of all horrible service AND it is NOT cheap.

I have been visiting this salon for the past seven years and have never been disappointed even once. All the employees are super friendly and always serve me with a smile. Last year I finished my 12th and final laser treatment for my full face and I LOVE the results! My face feels so rejuvenated and smooth! I think a common misunderstanding people have is that after one laser treatment your hair will never grow back, but it will grow back and only after you have completed all 12 or 13 sessions will you receive your complete results. That's just how laser works :) Their prices are amazing as well...

So far so good. Had 1st time there for hair cut. Place is big & staff is taking genuine time with accuracy  to cut hairs . No rush. Price is affordable. What else we need!!!
