This is the second time this salon has messed up on my eyebrows. I said I wanted a natural look and keep the shape of my brows and the same thickness. However, the lady made my brows thinner than my likely and they are very uneven. Definitely not going back to this salon!!! Extremely rude, instead of understanding what I wanted literally did what she thought would look good. Very unprofessional!!!!

Went here to get waxed and had the most horrible expierence. The “wax technician” decided to reach over my face to put wax on my left armpit and in the process got hot wax on my face. Got my back waxed as well and developed a severe rash. This place is stupidly unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone. They’re dirt-cheap for a reason.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Koni and her team are absolutely amazing!?! Their friendly, welcoming and talented staff make getting all fancy and fresh easy! From threading, waxing, hair styles, makeup applications and other spa treatments, they're reasonably priced. I've been coming here for 3 years (and counting) now, and super sweet Koni and her girls genuinely make you feel like family. Keep it up girls!?! My mom and I will continue to come here as long as they're here! 🤗💕👌

I walked out regretting to visit this place. Very unprofessional. Only reason I had to go here because I moved. Staff (only had experience) with one- Rude but trying to be nice. She blames it on my skin being dry. She should know when you wax you have to keep the skin tight rather she wasn’t holding tight.  Broke my skin. Not even apologizing. She says oh your skin is dry. This hasn’t happen to me before. NEVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN THOUGH ITS RIGHT BESIDE MY HOUSE.
