As an Asian man with thick black hair, going almost silver is a daunting task for any hairdresser, but Sheer Pleasure is up to the challenge. Their employees are kind and courteous, and provide some good conversation. They also serve some great espresso! My hairdresser was Nick; the Farmville playing, barrel chested, hair magician. He's very charismatic, and provides some pretty valuable advice on prep and maintenance. As a hair dying newbie, he kept me at ease and guided me through my first dye job, and  it out come came out better than I expected. Keep up the great work y'all! You've made a regular out of me 👍👍👍

Nick has been my hairdresser for the last 13 years! Each time I have visited the hair saloon I am never disappointed with the service, professional staff and the care taken to achieve customer satisfaction! They treat you like family. Nick takes time to listen to what style and cut you want. Wether your going to a gala, charity event, work conference or party he will make sure your hair looks GREAT! Thanks to Nick and the amazing staff for making me look great!  Also they serve great latte:)

Simply a great place !
I have been coming here for a while and have always had great service and a great haircut!

Unfortunately the guys here tend to support the wrong sports teams - but the rest of the staff make up for it with the welcoming attitudes and friendly smiles.

The hairstylist seems to know what she is doing as i explained what i want. It was great and i was happy that she cut my hair like i wanted it to be. The only thing is, it seems like they are not friendly at all. There's this two young hairstylist who assisted me. 1st lady was washing my hair and the other one was waiting because she will be the one whose gonna cut my hair.  While they are washing my hair,  I was asking them if it would take for awhile because i was just on my lunch break. Apparently,  they didn't understand what i was saying. So, i repeat it again with a smile. I can see both of them in the mirror with their facial reaction that looks like they are annoyed with me and i can see that they are whispering at each other and i haven't received a response from them if it's gonna take for a while. I just remained silent and told myself that i will never go back to this place again. I feel like they are only friendly with people who looks like and dress like a million dollars. If you dress like nothing special ,  they're not gonna be friendly with you. They don't even smile back at you.

I just had my first appointment with Nick at Shear Salon in Milton and I am blown away by the level of service I received.  From the moment I booked my appointment the staff were warm and friendly, offering refreshments when I arrived and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.  When I realized I was unhappy with my colour, I was understandably nervous to tell Nick. (No one wants to be seen as a difficult customer and I know I am to blame for the miscommunication). I shouldn't have worried because Nick handled the situation with professionalism and grace and immediately went to work to resolve the issue.  I'm happy to say I walked out of the salon a short while later a very happy customer.
