WORST PLACE TO GO TO. LIED TO ME AND WASTED MY TIME I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!

Graebel was horrible. I told them I wanted to crate my large TV and they told me it was no necessary then damaged it in the move and will not pay to have it repaired. We were moving to a remote area and told the company to scout our location before bringing the semi which they did not and could not get the truck in to our house.  This ended up delaying our move by several days so they could find a smaller truck. Once the move was complete dealing with claims department is really slow and getting a response requires several phone calls and emails.
