This place continues to charge your account after service. After you have told them you are through with the pod and to come pick it up they will hold off on picking up your POD so that they can charge you again for another month.

They go out of their way to help

POD delivered in timely manner, professional positioning on driveway.
Problem is that they won't pick up the POD even though being notified January 29th, 2013 to do so.  Now Feb 4th and POD is blocking my driveway.  Impossible to telephone local dealer in Tulsa. 888 Phone number routes back to national POD desk who won't help either.  
I'm not their customer directly, POD was rented by Wood Floor refinishing company.  PODs wont respond to them either so we are both frustrated.  

If ratings were 1 to 10, I'd rate the Tulsa branch as ZERO.
