Great prices and the pick up and drop off of the trailer was very easy.  The drivers were friendly and always in the scheduled window. My only complaint is that you can't actually fill the truck completely due to the bulk head and the ramp.  You have to stop filling your trailer at 25ft so you can put the bulk head into the designated slots leaving 2 feet of trailer space unused.

Very easy and flexible. Best price you will find to move yourself, especially if you hove more stuff than you think. We got the 28ft trailer, estimated we needed 18-23 ft, we used the whole thing! Was still 1000$ less than the next closes competitor. Moving from Oklahoma to South Carolina, rural to suburbs, they did a great job at getting the trailer into our driveway, easily placed for us to load/unload. Drivers and Customer Service were all friendly, available and helpful. Would use again and would recommend to everyone!

I had a great experience with U-Pack. I made the reservation two months in advanced and they would send me notifications letting me know my move was near. I had to move the date once and the representative was kind and made sure I didn't have to pay anything extra due to the change. 

On the day of delivery, I called the dispatch because I had finished packing earlier then expected. My trailers was to be dropped off between 4 and 8.  When I talked to the representative to ask if they could send a trailer sooner he informed me that the drivers had schedules and are out of the station already but he would send one if they finished sooner. The driver was at my apartment at 4:10 pm.

The driver, David, helped us undue the ramp. We discovered that the ramp was malfunctioning so David went to get us another. He came back with a pick up truck and set the new one up for us. I called a few days later to get it the trailer picked up and had not problems, I didn't even have to be there. The trailer got to my location with ease. I even had to change the address to the drop off location and everything still went smoothly. They sent me a text so I could schedule the final pick up. I scheduled it easily and again, didn't have to be there for pick up.

 would recommend them to anyone. I would say though, make sure you have a lot of space available for the trailer.

U-Pack has not offered me the convenience that I desired. I am moving across country and wanted to rent a relocube for the move. However, my location was out of relocubes and so they sent me a massive semi to load my stuff into. They gave me 5' of space which I measured with my tape measure and stuck too, however they ended up charging me almost $100 more for 1 more foot of space. The truck driver was extremely unhelpful and offered me no suggestions on how to pack the trailer .He also did not help me unload the nearly 100 lb loading ramp. Customers also have to place the bulkhead to separate the semi slots which weighs well over 100 lbs and I could not lift it myself. Then, after calling multiple times to schedule a pick up and drop off of the trailer, the company told me it was impossible to schedule a time and I would just have to be around for the 4 hour window that the unit should be dropped off. Would not work with Upack again or recommend it to any of my friends.
