Graebel was contracted to deliver my household goods from storage in IN to my new home in MN.  Graebel took my household goods out of storage without my permission over 3 weeks before delivery.  The Driver informed me that my goods would sit on his trailer until he made another trip to MN, where he would return it to storage.  My goods sat on his trailer in Racine, WI for approximately 2 weeks.  On the scheduled day of delivery, I had to reach out to Graebel to confirm the appointed time.  The Driver was not capable of finding my home and did not reach out for directions.  When the team managed to arrive, they were not prepared.  They did not have door stops or floor protectors.  The team argued in front of me.  They caused damage to my home.  When I reported the issues to my moving representative, she said "it's a busy time for the industry."  This company lacks the professionalism and integrity that is expected in a service industry.  I have moved 11 times with professional services and this is the worst experience.
