Terrible service. We were told how much head-time we needed to give them for pickup and then when we notified them they told us the earliest they could pick up was 3 weeks later, well after when we needed the Pod at our new place. We rented a U-Haul and got the job done in a couple days at a cheaper price. Even though we never used the Pod, the day they gave us to pick up was pushed back an entire month. Didn't matter to us because we never used it but I can only image how angry I would've been had we received that news a day before the planned pick up, AFTER already being well delayed. 

We weren't refunded.

Absolutely horrible company.  Was overcharged on the initial bill and after providing written proof was reimbursed the $150+ dollars. Then when I requested my pod be picked up I was told they didn't have a truck available to pick up the pod for over a MONTH! Of course when they finally do pick it up, a month later, I receive an additional bill of $182 for an additional month of "storage".  I've spent well over two hours on hold and trying to speak to someone to get my fees reimbursed with a constant runaround. Would never work with pods again

PODS is not willing to obtain the permit to place my container on the street at my new house!  City of Minneapolis allows them too but they are refusing to do it and claiming that the city is out to get them.  When I setup the PODS service I told them I didn't know where I was moving and they said it would not be a problem.
