We have purchased our last 3 cars at Graham’s from Charles Vandermaas.  He had been outstanding!   We always get the deal that we want without any fuss and he’s there to help us with any issues we have anytime.   I would recommend  Graham to anyone looking for a new or used car. Just ask for Chase!

The sales staff are professional and did not pressure us to buy (though we did end up purchasing a Tacoma). The inventory selection is above average. The dealership itself is spotlessly clean and they have a comfortable waiting area for the service department.

Hey it's a dealer. We picked out our car online. Went up to see it and bought it. The sales staff was very nice and helpful. Painless transaction. Would buy from them again.

I had an appt to have a 2007 Pontiac torrent looked at, at 9am. After waiting till after 11am for them to tell me what they thought was wrong and the unbelievable, obsurd price they wanted to charge me to fix it, I kindly declined and asked for my keys and vehicle to be brought back outside. Then they were rather rude, and pushy to get me out, yet had to wait another 15 or so min for my car and keys, but not before they made me pay almost $50 just for them to "look" at it. I will never ask for another repair estimate nor will i ever refer anyone to them. 
Read this part closely, I was charged not even a quarter of the cost from someone else to repair my car and it's fixed!!! Absolute nonsense how they treat people and the amount they try to charge to a repair!!! No thank u!!!! Remind u, I've only had my car since March and there's been 3 or 4 things go wrong since having it. Giving it's an "used" vehicle, but the problems thats occured shouldn't have happened this soon. Won't refer to service center, nor to the dealership. Vehicles aren't what they seem, and it's sad bc the salesman I had was by far one of the best I've dealt with. Maybe he should look into relocating 🖓

Every time we have come here we have wonderful service. I purchased my first vehicle from here. The only thing for my past two vehicles have been that they haven't been able to compete with quotes that I received from other dealerships. So we haven't made another purchase here. I unfortunately had to take a star away due to the Toyota part. Chevy got back to us right away, scheduled test drives etc. Toyota didn't get back to us for over a week, which at that point we had already made our decision and purchased a new vehicle. This place would get a 5 star if not for that.
