Met an awesome sales guy today by the name of Chris T.  Pritchett. I was just looking around and ended up buying a car. Not only was he Friendly and non pressured to make me purchase a vehicle he took a few hours show me several cars test drove several cars and told me to take my time and don't rush into anything that I did not want to do I decided to buy he told me about their great financing rates and how he can get me the payments I want I will definitely recommend him to several people no doubt in my mind This gentleman will be a manager very soon customer service was phenomenal I'm ecstatic. If you go and purchase a vehicle at this location and asked for anyone other than Chris p you're cheating no one but yourself. Thanks

The moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with smiling faces! The entire staff work together as a team to make sure you leave with a smile on your face! Definitely a different experience than you will find at other dealerships! I've tried many other dealerships and if they feel you won't be an easy sale, they will not help you! Triad Mitsubishi takes every challenge and tackle it without giving up! Looking to buy a car, you must stop and see this great team! I did, and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Great dealership with great people. Chris Pritchett is awesome. He was very helpful and helped me get into the car I love. Thank you guys for all of you hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop with these guys.

Came in with my daughter today to look at cars. She needed her first car and has been turned down several times due to no credit. Have dealt with some rude salesmen. Will at Triad Mitsubishi and his manager were great they not only treated my daughter and myself with respect but got her in a car she loved at payments lower than she expected. Not only did Will do this for her, he also got my son in his first car today. They said this was the most relaxing experience they could have. Will and Bret were top notch!!!! Thank y'all for taking great care of my childrens car needs.

I bought a vehicle from here back in June I have yet to receive my registration I have called the DMV and they don't have my tag registered under my name or anything I am beyond livid and I have called a lawyer on them it's ridiculous. I have called them at least 20 times and have been lied to over and over I will not be pushed off. You got your money from the bank and can be done with me. You messed with the wrong person!!!!
