Excellent.  Called up, and they had the part I needed.  Instead of having to be a contractor or hiring one, I fixed my AC with an $18 part.  Good to have a place to go for us JOATs.

Customer service is awful and the individual at the call center has no idea what they are doing. They can never find my account and you have to repeat everything you say. I even had to spell out my name to them and it's not a hard name to spell. You guys should take some notes on customer service from Rexel.

I find it totally amazing that you cannot speak to an individual at a specific store, you have to go through a calling center. Grainger maybe the leader for domestic and international supplies, but their customer service is horrible. I am wondering how they are able to stay in business with this lack of personal contact.
