I went to Home Depot to purchase a compact refrigerator for my office. The place was buzzing with staff hauling in inventory for Black Friday. Everyone it seemed, had the spirit of Thanksgiving. I was escorted around the appliance department by 3 very pleasant workers- one with directions, one "pulled" my frig and another provided a truck. Truly a wonderful experience!!

Limited in there decision making ability when a customer spends several thousands of dollars with you and you can’t think outside the box my decision is to remove you from the equation ! So you won’t get anymore of my business hope it was worth it !btw your called a manager for a reason not just to wear a orange smock with your name on it ! I was 17 days past your 90 day return policy and I bought all my appliances there and numerous other items for a 6000 sqft home and because I was incovienced by you for a 200 dollar microwave not begin able to be returned ✌🏼

The associates are so helpful and knowledgeable every time I go in. I don't use any other home stores. They have earned a lifetime customer in me.

They suck. I bought two door locks four days ago. I was having them re keyed. They gave me a different excuse everyday including the manager today as to why this was not getting completed. Bowie Maryland store

I went in the early afternoon on a weekday. The store​ isn't as busy then and the service is better. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout line was short. I don't recommend going on the weekend,it's busy and the service is not very good.
