Staff was great! Food came out extremely quick which was awesome. However it was extremely salty and I found a hair in my food. I understand it happens, maybe they can wear hair nets in the kitchen and ease up on the salt.
Food was amazing. Restaurant was so clean. My only complaint was that it took a minute for the waiter to see us. But I also saw they were super busy so I'll give it a pass. The order was correct with a custom order. He clarified the order before making it to be sure it was correct which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
I did not come here to eat grilled cheese made with kraft dinner and lumpy mashed potatoes. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a one star is their milkshake which was pretty decent. Overall would never come eat here again.
Paid a ridiculous price for chicken tenders and a Cobb salad. The kicker? I had a roach crawling on me. Brushed it off and then looked to the floor to see where it landed and there was another roach like ten feet away from me. This was at 1:00pm. If there are multiple roches crawling around in the light of day I don't want to imagine what it's like when the lights are out. Food was not good and prices were outrageous. This is a solid one star place for me.
I had a bad experience here at bistro . My family and I came over for breakfast . There was a miscommunication about two complimentary breakfast I purchased while checking out on Expedia, waiter said there’s no breakfast included so I proceed to check again and like he said they were not there .it’s ok I told him while he laughed and said you have to pay to eat ,I know this sir . I asked for orange juice and he ignored my request and walking away , while they chat in a huddle .The service was too bad I just took my family to ihop not too far from here .
I don't actually agree with the 3,5 star evaluation maps gives to this place. Maybe it's not the best Mexican restaurant on planet Earth, but food is good and service also. The burrito I got today was totally fine, and pleasantly big. So I'm gonna leave 5 stars to counteract the current rating. Recommended
A delicious breakfast we have. Everything was super good. From the eggs to the bacon to the omelette and pancakes. Definitely fetch for it when in townDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
this restaurant deserves all possible stars, we spent several days having breakfast, eating or dining, our hotel was next door, repeating once and a thousand times, super-attentive and hard staff, exquisite and healthy cuisine, I hope to return soon
The service here is the worst. Terrible customer service. This place is very disrespectful to people of color read the reviews below they are truthful. Tried to order a corn muffin at the bar where orders are taken and was told by the Manager who by the way is the rudest manager i ever met to go to the other side; went to other side and was told by a worker nobody orders over here go to bar. When i went back to the bar i was told “I make a the drinks it’s gonna take long for me to take your order” To note he was not making drinks neither when he sent me to side like i was garbage not when i came back to complete my order. Very disturbing. I know where my green is not going to spent. PEOPLE OF COLOR BE VERY WARY.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I never wanted to dine at this subpar hotel restaurant but felt obligated to because our hotel room needed repairs and they insisted we dine there while they repair the room. The hotel clerk told us by they had already sent a message to the restaurant letting them know we will be dining there under our room number. We sat at the hotel bar, it took over 20 minutes for them to come over and take the order as they appeared understaffed. The food came out incorrect but it wasn't worth trying to tell the staff because they were so clearly overwhelmed. We asked for the bill multiple times and ask them to put it on our room like the hotel agent said to. I guess the restaurant manager/staff member was so preoccupied from being in the weeds that after we told them to put it on the room and he said okay, but then when the bill came and we asked again to put it on the room the employee freaked out and yelled at us. First, they yelled at us about how we should have told them at the beginning even though the hotel agent had already told us it was already taken care of. He was also very upset because we ordered mimosas which the hotel doesn't cover alcohol. I told him I'd pay for those in cash. After he was still behind on service and left, but I really needed to begin my day that was already held up by the hotel and restaurant staff. I left him the full total of the drinks plus tip in cash with the receipt and left. The server proceeded to come scream at me in the hallway at the hotel lobby, which was very embarrassing. The hotel clerk/manager to leave the front desk and deal with this very irrate server. He even yelled at her and my husband once she was trying to settle the situation. This whole ordeal was embarrassing and uncalled for, especially after we were already dealing with situation with our room that was not our fault. We are only in Brooklyn for one day and never wanted to cancel my original breakfast plans and waste over an hour eating hotel restaurant food. All of the issues were clearly with the hotel staff and restaurant communication, so I do not appreciate being screamed at and embarrassed by all the attention brought to this situation.
