Nice Bay view inside through large windows but depressed parking area outside down a lane from the main road. Lunchtime crowd was full and almost exclusively Asian which is a good sign. Didn't understand the ordering process at first. Some Dim Sum comes around on carts but the good stuff you have to order. So it wasn't ideal the first time but I would probably try it again

The food is pretty good, especially if you are ready to try new foods. You are not going to find sesame chicken or Kung Pao beef on this menu. The fish is the freshest you can get, as they have them in tanks. Great views of the Bay and final approach for the airport. Quite pricey.

Food was moderate. Service is absolute rubbish. Literally no one works unless they are told to. It’s either the workers are deaf or they are busy but they disregard your requests when they pass by. I asked for water refill because I ate something spicy and they gave the whole vase. Arrogant workers are why I’d choose Western restaurants. The workers that go around with food literally ask if you want it. They don’t try to advertise it at all. I have the perfect view of the worker station where all they do is talk.

Loved the view. Went to dim sum. They had such a wonderful creative variety of non traditional dim sum. Works of art. Great service. Loud!

Best "har gow"/shrimp dumpling ever! All was superb, above par. Minor issue: the bottom of the shiu Mai/ pork & shrimp dumpling fell apart upon chopstick p/u. That's probably what you get if you stroll in to be seated at the last hour of dim sum/ lunch service though; however upside is the window seat! Spectacular view & love the high ceiling.
