Pricey, but good. This was my first time here (killing time for Costco to open). They did a good job of cleaning both inside and out for the low-end full service wash, including inside windows of my SUV. Spent much more time on it than most other places. This was on a slow Sunday morning. The only reason for one star off was due to price and no detailed list of services until you choose a lane and drive in. Had to drive around again to get in a different lane.

I was a loyal customer before, and after the remodel. Until recently, when a very un-customer service like employee, brought it all down. My debit card for the monthly service had been changed, so I parked in front of the building, where the cash register is, yes there is sign that said "no parking", but I was literally the only person there. they had ZERO customers. And no one in sight. I get approached by the person who hands out wash tickets and told to move my car. I literally looked around and looked back at him. And still I was told again to move my car. I am your only customer there and you're asking me to move. I was going inside to try to give you money. It would have taken less than a min. Well needless to say I did move my car. But to another car wash. I'd rather drive further than deal with bad service. This is the 3rd time I received bad customer service there, I give everybody three chances and that's it. I'm sorry but this is not the place I will take my vehicle anymore.

They dont open on time. Also waited 10 minutes and backed out of the wash. If your going, dont go first thing in the morning. Customer service is horrible!

Now that they remodeled, they have doubled their fees, and service is worse. $ 25.00 bucks and no tire sealant! Go elsewhere, they also left my wipers on as my 2016 Rover was going through the wash.... knuckleheads! I was a customer before, but no longer..expensive, and service is worse! They told me for $ 29.00 bucks I could have the tire coating! LOL... what a joke! Come summer, this place will die.... no locals, and I am one that won't be supporting them!
