Always do a thorough job very quick. No long long waits to get the car through the wash . I got there on a quiet day and I had several hard-working guys dry and cleaned my car after it came out of the wash normally that's tons of cars tons of people . I got there on a lucky break. They do an excellent job . The car wash been there for a long time great car wash the only thing I would ask if they would Armor shine the dashboard along with the tires included in the price it would be fantastic .

Had truck washed here on friday when i pulled in i was one of two vehicles the car was very dirty and was talked into a $39 wash. Waited for more than a hr when they called me over to get the truck it was still dirty bug every where and dirt spots down the sides. Windows still dirty. When i asked tp see a manager there was no one to be found. Finally a man saying he was the supervisor came over an apologized and siad he would send it back thru but it would take 1 1/2 hr too get it done causes now they our busy i asked for part of my money back. He told me know you will have to bring it back. I think this is a way to make more money they charge more for the same job and if you dont like it then its gona cost you your time. What a rip off

I went to Quick Quack Car Wash! It was cheaper and got a fabulous wash and vacume is free!!

Did a really poor job and was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.  Paid for a Groupon and redeemed it.  In the waiting area where the magazines and couches are there are children's books and stickers.  While I waited I had my 2 kids with me ask if they could play with the stuff there.  Since there was nothing for kids on the TV I told them they could, so they each grabbed something and sat down quietly to play.  I was the only person there, but the girl at the register failed to let me know that they are selling the books, and that they are not there for customers while they waited. There was no sign posted saying for sale, it was in the waiting area, and I was not told anything until it was too late.  Apparently since my kids took out stickers we now had to pay $7 for each one. The thing that gets to me is that the girl didn't say anything until my kids had been playing with the stuff for 20 minutes.  She was so into the TV show that she failed to notice my children playing with things that were in the waiting area right in front of her.  Once she told me I had to pay, I expressed that there was no sign or anything saying that it wasn't for customers and that it was a simple issue that they should fix.  Not so much as a sorry about the misunderstanding or anything, it was a feeling of "too bad, now pay".  I will not be back after dealing with this, and will be sending everyone I know elsewhere as well.  They need to learn how to treat customers and to place their merchandise away from the magazines that are there for customers (or at least post that the others are for sale).  BUYER BEWARE.
