I have been going to Cathedral city car wash for about 5 years..Since there is new ownership, the quality is very poor, understaffed, wait time over an hour. I have 9 vehicles..I have a construction business, and several personal vehicles and 2 classic cars. I went to Airport car wash for the first time in 5 years, it was an excellent experience, in and out in 20 minutes..Lower prices...To bad. I really liked this carwash.

They do a great job. Love their unlimited car washes per month program. The car hasn't looked better.

Good basic wash, friendly staff. The down side my undercarriage was still dirty, left from the rains we had and the hub caps were grimy.

If I could give zero stars I would.. I have dogs so I paid 25 dollars for a decent mid range wash and clean.. When I got the car back,, it was parked far away from everyone.. so I only talked to one attendant and he left quickly.. The first thing I noticed was that something had dripped down from the door to the rim of my car.. down.. (pics attached) The guy was already gone.. and I didn't bother with it.. because its a carwash and I figured it was soap and would wipe off.. Also the back seat of my car was folded down.. and I didn't take heed of that either.. becuuse I brought the car in that way.. because I fold it down for the dogs.. so I got home. and the dripping..  was glued fast on my whole side of my car.. NOT coming off... I called and left a message with them.. immediately.. and they never called me back...  I got back home to San Diego where I live.. and the whole back car was fllth.. there was hair and sand everywhere .. they clearly didn't touch the area at all... ALSO.. my windows had a thick layer of filth across the top inches of both back windows..even though the windrows were open a bit when the gave it to me. so they clearly did absolutely nothing to the interior at all.. though I paid for it to be done.  NOW.. I STILL CANNOT get the big drip stain off the side of my car. SO I dont know what to do.. they ruined my car.  I need suggestions! Can anyone help? It wont come off wth scrubbing or soap and water.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!  Stay far!! I dont know what to do.
