Very happy with my experience at Grand Rapids GM. Chris went above and beyond to find me the right truck. He made the whole process very simple and comfortable. I also feel like they have given me a very fair price on the vehicles that I have purchased there. Thanks again for all your hard work!

They made my appointment to see Bob within a couple of days. I arrived at Grand Rapids GM and was greeted and helped immediately. After a short wait Bob came in the waiting area and explained to me in detail what he found and fixed then sent me on my way. 
I have never had less then friendly service at GM. The speak to you as if they have known you forever and make sure you are comfortable while you wait. Thank you so much for that! I will definitely recommend others to you as I have in the past.

Well, I'm never using a dealer again. I made an exception on this one because K seemed like an honest salesman. He did. And on paper it looked like a really good deal - $3k for a Tundra. In the end, via doing all the work myself, it's ended up being an ok deal. The kind I would've gotten anywhere.

I looked at this car and came from out of state. Here is a short list of shennanigans the dealer pulled which I've at last figured out:
1. i asked for close ups of the paint job. the clear coat is trashed. he did send them, but poured water over the truck first to make it look better.
2. the last service done on this truck was at this dealer. the salesman told me that they did a lot of work on it, the owner didn't want to pay, and so they took the truck. however i found out by asking the service department that, in fact, they hadn't done anything to it except change the oil.
3. i had a clear deal for a price out the door including tax. at the last minute, they left out the tax leaving it for me to deal with in my state. a slick way to bump the price $200.
4. the dealer knew full well that the truck needed a power steering pump, a timing belt, a ball joint and had a coolant leak. they revealed the power steering pump issue once i was there. they did not reveal the other issues about which they knew full well. 

the last point is extra shameful when that belt could've gone at any time and they knew full well how far i was driving it. it did go - it was the original belt on a truck with 164k. 

yep. i deserved it cause i was naive. and - is this who you want to buy from? really your call.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Rapids GM and was very pleased with salesman Chris Bergman. With the vehicle being used, there were a few nicks and scratches. I believe Chris went out of his way to make things right. A big thanks to Chris and everyone  at Rapids GM.
