Stay away from them.  2011 ram 1500. Service department is great.  Would give them 10 stars.  They have fought on my behalf with my extended warranty company.  Great team.  The general manager is a different story.  He was rude and accused me of my vehicle trouble, stating that I drive too hard, while I remained calm and collected.  Will never return to purchase a vehicle.  
Update**  The service dept is also incompetent.  My 2011 ram has now had 5 transmissions replaced,  all under warranty.  The service dept said that I was getting bad transmissions from the warranty company.  I had expressed I several occasions that I thought something else was causing the failures.  They reassured me that there was nothing causing the failures.  The last time my trans was going out I took it to Aamco transmissions.  They found that my trans cooler was 75% blocked and that this was the cause of my transmission failures.  If Eidie had done the job right on any one of the replacements they had done out would have been caught at that time.  It voided my warranty of the transmission and I had to pay for it myself.  I called Eidie to complain and all they did was pass me around from person to person and left me on hold for up to 30 min at a time.  They all suck and only care about the money you can give them.  Horrible sales people and horrible service.  Stay away at all costs.

I bought my 1st brand new car from Eide. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from them and it was the most pleasant buying experience ever, I will definitely buy from them again!

I purchased my First car here from Brandon.  He was wonderful. He worked with me as much as he could and really made me feel like they car about there customers.  If you want to buy at Eide ask for Brandon. I have always been very caution of buying a car from a dealer.  They are all very well know for being rude and polite with people.  Everyone I worked with was great. They won't tell you someone thing unless that can do it.  Also Nathan from Finance was also very good and helpful.   Please stop by and get yourself a good car from the they do care.

Bad service. Only in it for the money. Sold us a truck that has say in a shop for most of the time we have had it. Treated us very rude will not buy from them again.
