It was short notice to drive to Duluth for an appointment, but we thought we'd take a chance and see if someone there could help us with our key fob batteries for our Murano as long as we were down there.   Molly and Blake were so helpful and made sure we were very well taken care of.  Molly walked us over to the parts department and Blake changed our batteries for us and even went out to our car and made sure they both worked perfectly.  I was so impressed with the customer care that they gave, that I needed to call the manager, and write a review.  They sure have a great team there.  I will for sure go back to them!

My power steering pump went out a few days before the new year holiday. They were able to get it in and looked at, but would have to order the part. I was mostly disappointed in the fact they could not offer me a loaner vehicle. The offered a small sized car I could rent for $35 a day. I was offended since my repairs would cost $850.  I travel for work and rely on this vehicle. That is the reason I bought this vehicle because it was new and "reliable". The part took a while to get in due to the holiday and I was out of a vehicle for a week. They did do a good job putting it back together. Again, disappointed they can't accodate someone who spends this kind of money on a vehicle and repairs.

Thank you Tim, Wayne and the service dept. at Krenzen for the outstanding experience in purchasing a car from your dealership for the first time.  My wife and I have never been treated as well as we were at Krenzen's.

I dread car shopping .. So many choices ..
Tim Sudduth at Krenzen made this a positive experience for us. Answered each and every question we had about the Nissan Murano we planned to buy.  Wayne Erickson the sales manager worked overtime to get us the best financing package available. We love our new vehicle! Thanks to all at Krenzen!

I have purchased 4 vehicle from Gary Cora at Krenzen Nissan in Duluth MN. Gary Cora is always going out of his way to help you find the perfect vehicle that fits your needs. I love how he shares all his knowledge of all the different types of vehicles they offer. Gary will do whatever he can to help you get into your dream vehicle. What I love most about working with Gary Cora is he is not like other sales man and is not pushy. He shows you all the different options and lets you have time to think over which vehicle best fits your needs. Thank you Gary Cora for all the wonderful help over the years.
