We are West Michigan's most awesome full service Harley-Davidson dealership. We offer state of the art service facilities for anything from oil changes to Dyno Tuning. A massive bike showroom, motorclothes dept, and parts department full of experienced staff that rock! These guys are top notch. Every associate in every department is knowledgeable and friendly. I love going in there because it's just a fun place to be.  Service is outstanding, place is clean and neat, and the selection of parts and clothing is outstanding.  If your thinking of buying a new or used bike, this would be the place to go.

From the first foot I stepped into GR HD dealership I was welcomed by the best supportive staff.  I have never owned a bike nor have I really rode a bike. AP gave me a tour of the shop, set me on some bikes and then we talked about what kind of riding I might do and what should be my next steps in owning a bike. A week later I signed up for the riding academy, which I will say was the best investment I will ever make in buying a bike. After the four day class I had the confidence and the knowledge to ride a bike. After getting my endorsement, I went back to talk bikes with AP, we test drove a few bikes until I found one I was comfortable with, no pressure to buy the best or most expensive, just the one that fit me.  I have now gone through two tanks of gas and taken my youngest daughter for a ride to the beach.  I wish I would have wanted to ride a long time ago.

The only reason it even received one star is because one man was nice in the very back of the store.  Not one other person even acknowledged us. If I didn't want a t-shirt to add to my collection I would have walked out.

Amazing Harley dealer. Beautiful, up to date shop, everything you'll need for your bike and more! Kind, helpful staff! Devin, Shea, Chris, Mike, you all rock!! The kind lady in accessories, I'm sorry I forgot your name, very helpful and so nice! I purchased a used bike here yesterday. It's absolutely GEORGEOUS! 😍 They even went as far to get me a kid rock cutout to go along with my fav song that played, while I RANG THE BELL!! 😎Overall excellent experience! Most inventory here than anywhere, new and used!! Great place, highly recommend! Thanks Grand Rapids Harley for an UNFORGETTABLE experience!!

If I could give this place zero I would! Rude staff and the mark ups are ridiculous they are higher than any other dealership and won't even price match almost ever item you can find on Harley's website and with shipping is still cheaper but yet won't match that price how does Harley allow them to do this
