I’m having my first baby and I have had multiple appointments here so far and each one has been fabulous. My doctor has time for every question I have, the front desk is helpful and friendly, nurses and ultrasound techs have been awesome. Couldn’t be happier with my choice

GRWH was recommended to me by a friend who spoke nothing but highly of this place. I set up appointments with Dr. Tabor and only actually ended up seeing him for 1 out of 4 appointments, kind of frustrating but at least I was able to get in. One of the other doctors I saw in the meantime was rude and literally only had my appointment for 2 minutes. (I promise I’m not exaggerating). So I stopped going for awhile. So I made a call today to see if I can switch to a different doctor within the practice and I was told they don’t normally switch within the practice to keep up with the “care I’ve already been receiving.” I explained the situation and the women on the other end of the phone reluctantly set me up with a PA/NP that’s scheduling out until mid-April. I’m planning on keeping this appointment as a back up but will be looking somewhere else in the meantime. What a letdown for how much people raved about this place.

Wow. Really surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I've been going to GRWH for 3 years now and I only have wonderful things to say about them. I only see Dr. Bowes but he and the nursing staff have been great to me. Twice I've shown up early for an appointment and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Extremely friendly people.

I was a little leery after seeing some of the reviews on here, but I was so happy with my visit! My nurse and Doctor (Dr. Erinn) were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The place is gorgeous as well, definitely recommend!

I feel very frustrated with my experience thus far. It is now March and I’ve been calling the office trying to schedule an appointment since December. I kept getting the run around about how my records needed to be sent over to their office and the front desk staff were not very friendly. I had my records sent over and was told they’d call me when they received them. 4 weeks later I called to follow-up and they told me they hadn’t received my records. I called back after confirming with my other doctors that they had been sent and al of a sudden they had them. I finally got an appointment scheduled for a month later but just got a call that they need to reschedule my appointment (for tomorrow). I feel very frustrated.
