We have lived here for 5 months & have NO complaints. This place is very family friendly & the managers take great pride in the upkeep. So many new things going on, groundbreaking has begun on the pool, the BBQ & gazebo area is soon to be started on as well. The travel on 59 into & out of Houston for work has been smooth & convenient. I love living here & it has set a high standard for other parks we will adventure upon during our future travels! If you are looking for a spot just for the night, or monthly accommodations, I highly recommend this place.

Overpriced for how little amenities they have. The concrete pads are very narrow, you will step out of your front door on dirt. (They were not designed well). They do have a laundry room but it took our quarters and sometimes didn't work so we just went to a laundry mat instead. I was excited about the dog run but it's always muddy and filled with poop. ;( and the WIFI IS HORRIBLE! It works sometimes and then sometimes it doesn't. Not trying to bash them, just trying to let people know before coming here.

Don't waste your time or your money here.Very expensive for the little amnemities offered.There is poor engineering of the sites with the electricial,water,and sewer .No trees and very little grass.Sites are too narrow and close together.We stayed here for 5 months full time and left because of the lack of safety rules.

Lived here about 4 months. Very satisfied with staff & environment. It's a nice family friendly establishment.

Management are so acomadating and concered about all tennants well being . Country enviroment more amenites to come soon . Best part for last Mr. JIM &MS chris are what makes this place special.
