Some sites too small for 45 foot coach, to get around a car had to put one wheel in the grass. Manager called 2 hours after I left and said he was putting a $100 damage fee on my debit card. because of rut in grass. There are better places to stay in the area.

Nicely done park but looks new so not so much in the way of landscaping at the sites. Traffic noise was loud, bothered me so we only stayed 2 nights instead of 4. Check in attendant had no personality. Internet worked well. Quite a few workers here as there seems to be everywhere in Texas. Port Lavaca is kind of a dead town however, we did find a gem restaurant, Texas Traditions and Bakery. I had the shrimp and oysters (both fresh!), hubby the fried catfish....all were excellent. 5 *'s.
