I just want to say I am very impressed with the managers here Rhonda and her husband keep this place very clean and shiny. They are very friendly and caring. I again must say how impressed I am at how clean everything here is, it means a lot to people who live here full time to have managers who care so much about this resort. A+++ guys we just never want to leave. If the owner sees this post Rhonda and her husband deserve something special for all the work they do here and how well they take care of your property and the people here. I just do not have the words to express how pleased and happy I am here. Thank you !!!!!!! Please keep them here with us!!!! I recommend this RV Resort to anyone looking for the best!!!!!

Great amenities! Great people! Great location! This place is super clean. I love the gated entrance and sense of community. Everyone is very helpful. The laundry was perfect for my extended stay and the hot tub was perfect after long working days. Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again.

This resort is in a great location. You have a Walmart superstore across the street an HEB a block away and restaurants all around you. You are close to the highway and it really helps cut down on traffic. The sites are on the small side and there is a ton of concrete buy it is well maintained. The facilities are clean and the staff is always ready to help fix any issues at a moment's notice. This will be my usual spot when I'm in Houston.

The Peter the Manager  always goes over and beyond their call of duty. Yesterday I went out to visit a patient and got stuck in the mud and I had my daughter with me and it was pouring cats and dogs and I was sinking. The Manager Peter and Amy volunteered to help me. Despite the route challenges They faced with the flooding. They rescued me.. They risked their lives to preserve mine and my daughter's and pulled me out of the mud. I am forever grateful! Staff is like family! Always going the extra mile!!

Very expensive. Electricity is extra ($0.14/Kwh). Very clicky. Facilities are very clean, as are the 4 public gas grills & stoves. Sites are paved and leveled. The park is very secure and was safe from Harvey flood waters. The best thing is the nearby lake with a 4 mile paved walking trail all the way around it!
