A+ all the way!! Have had to use this facility a handful of times already for myself and my family. Very knowledgeable and caring staff! Have not had to wait long at all. Staff from check in all the way to Dr. Singer has been terrific! Very clean facility! My 15 year old daughter had the Pneumonia and they covered her with a blanket and took good care of her! There is a sense of peace of mind knowing that this place exists not far from us if we need quick & great care!! 👍

Went on a Saturday morning, hardly a wait and the medical assistant to the nurse and doctor were very professional and thorough. Dr was worried and did everything he could from the urgent care perspective. Highly recommended!

I took my son here because he injured his foot and needed an X-ray. Everyone was very pleasant and the lady who took the X-ray, Alyssa, was extremely nice and helpful! I drove out of my way to come here and I'm glad I did!

I went into the urgent care on a monday morning and was very pleased with the care I received for a virus when my primary could not see me. From the front desk to the nurses and the Dr. I was very pleased. !

Terrible service. I fell down my stairs and went to this urgent care and it took 2 HOURS and I still wasn't helped. We had no one in front of us and since there were 2 people who needed stitches came in and one person who got there after me started crying and complaining, they got to jump in front of me. They said they were going to have me get x-rays and do a few tests on me because I hit my head and neck on my stairs. I will never use Grand View ever again, I'm new to the area and I will never visit this brand again, I will just drive out of my way to go elsewhere because that would have clearly taken a lot less time. Maybe don't invest so much money into your esthetics and more into customer service. When I went up to the desk and asked for a refund and the doctor was called and he was throwing a hissy fit because I was "the next person", yeah I've been the next person for 1hr & 1/2 and I don't have all day to spend at an "urgent care". You need to change your name to "Grand View we'll get to you at some point care"
