I was in a room with a single king bed. The room was really nice. Well taken care of; included a little living room area with a TV and love seat and chair; nice desk area; fridge, dish washer, sink, microwave, toaster. Bathroom was nice. Quite frankly, nicer than expected. Staff was friendly. And the Continental breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

It's the grandest stay in Eau Claire! Every room is a suite. The hotel is EXTREMELY well kept. The front desk staff were awesome. My bed was one of the best sleeps I've had in a while. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Grandstay is, quite frankly, a grand stay. It is our hotel of choice in Eau Claire and is our home away from home. GrandStay is getting GRANDER!!! All the tile in the bathrooms and common areas was upgraded, the carpet in the common areas and hallways has been replaced, and the exterior is newly painted. Recently another guest who did not realize I stay here frequently said: "You'll enjoy your stay. Everything is so updated and fresh." Every room has a completely equiped kitchen which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, two burner stove, and table service. Most rooms are one or two bedroom suites. There are also jacuzzi suites available. Amenities include free wifi, indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, guest laundry, and convenience shop. Bath and BodyWorks shower products are provided in each guest bathroom. There is a free breakfast every morning from 6 until 10 AM. Rooms are always clean, linens fresh, and the staff wonderful. The next time you are headed to Eau Claire why not make GrandStay part of your plans.

Stayed here about two years ago and thought this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are still good but the whole building had a very foul odor. It's a shame because the accommodations are still solid but it's not worth my entire suitcase smelling funny the remainder of my trip. The smell was very strong and very unpleasant.

A good, solid, affordable, no-frills hotel. They have two bedroom suites, which are great when you are traveling with another person and you want some privacy.
