We had a great time! Great room--comfortable and practical with a microwave and mini-fridge, and even a coffee pot. And the family vacation deal included unlimited passes for most things we wanted to do. The Pub and the Monkey in the Middle pizza place were both good food and very reasonably priced. Good deal and lots of fun!

Practical rooms with coffee pot, microwave, & mini fridge. WiFi kids spotty (at least in the room we were in). Kids loved the water park. No free continental breakfast, but room service or the restaurant on the 1st floor is available, however, we didn't make use of either. A few things seemed to need repair in our room. Nothing major, but noticeable.

Not a bad hotel but have stayed in better for less. A lot of perks and stuff to do but the bathrooms are less then adequate for the price and the pizza is sub par. Fun arcade and decent "water park". Thin walls could hear our neighbors and the people above us. Nothing to write home about.

We took my son to the attached Chaos water park for his 7th birthday and he had a great time. There were plenty of activities for him and his cousins. We will definitely go again.

Our room was spacious and we got a room with a balcony which was nice after the kids were asleep. Beds and pillows are certainly not new anymore, but comfortable enough. My kids were too young for action city, but we went to the waterpark for an afternoon. It was small but fun. There is a playground outside on the waterpark end of the hotel that no one ever seems to use that my kids liked too.
