Awesome experience been dealing with a health issue now for 3 yrs... and VCU in South Hill couldn't figure it out... finally found a Dr who checked everything and cared... and found out what was wrong... they were very complete in checking everything and anything... and it turned out to be a medication a Dr in South Hill prescribed.. and was causing side effects... Thank you so much to the ER staff at GHS...

Never go here to have you first baby! The nurses where rude!! Didn't go threw with my wishs witch was don't let anybody in the room! And as soon as I push her out everybody comes pilling in nobody respect that I wanted my first hour with my kid first kid. You get no privacy! And when u fall asleep with Ur bby in there lil crib don't be surprised wen a nurse comes and takes ur kid . that's what happend to me I woke up and she was gone I ask where was my baby an there reply was another nurse is loving up on her....I'm so mad . plus this was my first baby. So upset. I repeat never go here!!

Had appt with urologist in early January.. They cancelled it and said i needed to stay by the phone. I waited a week. When they called and said I had to be their the next morning. I told them I had to confirm a sitter. They said never mind will reschedule you in JULY. I got call in July saying I needed to be their again next day. I tried to call and just cancel but they said I had to call the docs office. What docs office? They called me from hospital. That place has serious issues. And will never go there in the future. Worthles care givers

They really tried to make me wait over 2 hours for a ct scan result so i could be discharged. I had to sign out ama.
