Save yourself the grief and avoid this place! I thought I would give it a second chance and ordered a chicken kabob sandwich for lunch. Waited for over an hour, along with several other frustrated customers only to get a refund and leave because they still had no idea when my order would be ready.. I went to the counter 25 minutes after ordering and was told "just few more minutes". It was after 1 pm so I understand the lunch rush. Went back again and was told "they don't tell me anything, I don't know  when it will be ready" went back again another 20 minutes later and asked for a refund if they still don't have it, and the guys said, "I'm on your side, I don't like when they don't tell me either" he gave me the money back and I left hungry and frustrated after waiting for over an hour.. for a sandwich!

Amazing service. Food is reasonable. They need to work on their rice to give it more Mediterranean taste and texture. Over all must try.

Food is good, service was terrible! Ordered to-go on the phone, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove up to the store and got there 20 minutes after I ordered so food should have definitely been ready, but still waited for my food 50 minutes after arriving. The flustered guy at the front taking orders put my to-go box to the side for 10 minutes while taking orders and talking to other people. Had to pull an apology out of the staff for the delay, they didn't seem to care of offer anything for my wait. They had several people waiting for their food for an hour or more, very unhappy!

This is one of my favorite M.E. places to eat in Brandon. The kefta kebab is so flavorful. The menu has alot of choices. The service is always fast and friendly.

First time trying Grape Leaf Express, it started out great, the lady that took my order was friendly and helpful. But the good experience didn't last much longer, I ordered the Beef/Lamb Gyro platter, it was dead and still took almost 20 mins to get my to-go order out. I quickly left to get back to work and once I arrived I opened my food to find gyro meat scattered on a pita with no toppings or sauce, and my house salad had no dressing on it, just lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I attempted to call about my complaint but was left on hold for 10 mins and ran out of my lunch hour. Overall gyro had good flavor but very disappointed in my overall experience.
