Have never left a bad review in my life. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Before I became a nurse I worked in food service at a sandwich shop for 5 years- got the most ridiculous/rude requests... I can assure you I did nothing wrong. The guy who was making my sandwich (couldn’t catch his name, was not wearing a name tag) made me feel horrible about myself after asking for pickles as I had forgot to initially ask, mind you, he was still working on making my sub as I asked. I even said “sorry, sir” and he proceeded to tell me rudely I should have told him at the beginning when I ordered and next time I need to do exactly that.  Extremely condiscending. Seemed like he has anger issues as he was rude to the next customer behind me. Love jersey mikes- just moved to Brandon. Guess I won’t be loving it anymore.

I'm partial to this place because I'm from New Jersey, but they have the best subs around. My pick is the American Classic and my husband gets the Italian both of course Mike's Way. The bread is good and they give you a lot of meat. You can order on their app and pick it up in the store or order on Uber Eats if you don't feel like leaving the house!! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat! 😁💗

This is the second time I have been to this location and requested a sub Mike's Way, just without the oil. On both occasions, I have gotten home and the sub is dripping with oil. I love Jersey Mike's, but will not return to this location.

Went to get my FREE birthday sub  & drink. They also have gluten free bread. Will be going back.

Order was wrong,  talked to manager,  he didn't say sorry or anything. Just was lax about it like it didn't matter they made it wrong.   Poor customer service.
