The lady that works carry out is so amazing. Super friendly and took the time to show me my order. I really appreciated that so I knew that my food was right. I felt like she took more time with my order. Great customer service

Amber L (bartender) is the most attentive server/bartender in providing the best personalized experience to her customers.  Her attention to detail and meticulous nature while performing her craft is not only impressive but sets the standard of expectations for patrons!!! She is AWESOME!!!

I love this restaurant!  They have so many choices to order from and most dishes are wonderful!  I love their Chicken Madeira and their Cajun Jambalaya. Always get good service. Huge portions.

If I could give a negative star I would, but there isn't an option...So I have been to Cheesecake factory for YEARS now, and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in customer service like I did yesterday 02/18/2018 . The waitress Mallory D at the Brandon location was absolutely horrible. She had very poor customer service skills, she never brought certain items we requested several times to her, my friends food came out with no sauce we asked several more times for the sauce and by the time it was brought out their food was cold, there was never an I'm sorry or I apologize for that or let me get my manager, she was completely nonchalant the entire time. I even caught her talking about me to her manager.. Talk about poor etiquette!!!  I honestly will NEVER go back to the Brandon location. Please make sure your training your staff to have customer service before you loose more customers!!!

Had a Skinny Cobb salad. It was delicious. Service was awesome however, I think it took a bit long to make a salad. Which is why I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars
