I live out of town but I have known about gravity coffee and wanted to try it. My sister and I always go to different states and try different coffee shops everyday. Yesterday my sister and I came through Gravity and asked the lady to surprise us and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was amazing and she sweet and excited to make us surprise drinks. I wish I would have gotten her name. I give her 5 stars. The coffee was also phenomenal. Since we had such great service yesterday we came back today and unfortunately got the complete opposite experience. I looked at the receipt and it said her name was Julia. When we pulled up she was not very welcoming. She was very short with us. Again we ordered a surprise drink and she was rude about asking what we wanted. Her overall attitude was unpleasant and we were very disappointed this time around. I understand people have off days but we were excited and she completely ruined the experience. But 10/10 amazing coffee and the girl yesterday morning around 8am was wonderful.

I have fallen in love with the Gravity at Cle-Elem.  I make it a point to go there on the way to/from Eastern Washington. Their cold blended coffee is so delicious, especially in the summer heat.  So much better than Starbucks. My friends and I look forward to stopping by every time.

Had an amazing experience in most recent visit. Was wanting info on teas and drinks besides coffee and lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Phenomenal service and info. Love this place!

We stopped at the Cle Elum GC on our way back from a trip to Lake Chelan—we all just needed a quick pick me up and something to warm our hands! This totally did the trick! A dirty vanilla chai, hot latte, and a white coffee perked is right up and made the rest of our trip a delight! :0

1.  Ordered first drink and was never asked what else we wanted . 2. First drink was made and barista said it will be this much . 3. We stated no we are ordering more drinks . 4. Had to repeat our 2 additional drinks over and over . Which was a Reeses protein shake and kid’s chocolate Milk. 5.  Barista somehow interpreted that to Oreo and hot chocolate. 6. My a Reese’s 16oz with protein and extra chocolate drizzle turned into the picture added . What I got was whip cream almost the whole cup with a little Reese’s shake 7. Last but not least my husband got a energy drink but not what he ordered. Worst service ever .

Lovely little drive through and coffee is so good! I got an iced latte with oat milk and with no flavoring it was perfect. The gal who helped us was nice and service was not rushed. Decided to try one of their protein pucks and it was worth it. I cant do dairy and they're dairy free, the dark chocolate one was amazing.

The baristas there were really nice, and my drink tasted amazing! I can definitely see now why others love and recommend it, as I'll definitely be coming back often to this location

Finally a decent drive thru coffee, food and non coffee drinks for the locals and tourists. Friendly staff and excellent quality of espresso drinks. I will be returning and, as a local, this is a great addition to the area. I hope the community supports this business!!!! Thank you.

Best coffee on all of the I90 corridor!     Love the warmth and personality of the staff and how clean the location is.   Seriously, the best.

The crew at the Cle Elum GC are great and the coffee awesome! And thanks for being open late for those of us on the road after "regular" hours!
