Bland uninspired cheap take on Mexican food. 
Although perhaps actual Mexican food inspired by some tio (who believed he had good culinary taste) on a budget for a quinceañera taking place at his driveway.
All the components to the dish were different temperatures, the rice couldn't taste it until the time when the meat was cold, the rice was so hot that I could only assume it was reheated in a microwave like their tortillas. The meat when hot was bland but semi-edible. Their salsa selection is limited but they did have fresh limes and lemons (for some reason). Beans were edible if starving, probably a secret recipe to make beans taste as bland as store brand cooked pinto beans reheated out of the can.
The cashier was probably nice but easy to forget after a poor tasting meal.

Their food is mediocre. There are definitely other better taco places but if you want a quick fix, Tio's is the place to go to.
