I had went there to get my 2000 BMW 328i serviced. I was convinced the rear differential was going out because there was an extremely loud whirring sound when the car got to speed, The BMW service center wanted to charge me $1600 to fix the differential, which would be too much, so i took it here. As it turns out, there was NOTHING wrong with the differential, the noise was coming from one of the wheel bearings that was failing. After I got it fixed, we drove it around and the car was totally silent. It cost $400 for the service, which was a decent price compared to the BMW service center. The employees were all very helpful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their European cars serviced.

I was so glad they took a thorough look at the whole engine to make sure all was working. Then to explain what was the problem so I understood it.

Awsome service from both the east dundee  and the streamwood location.
Very convenient I live 15 min from both locations
