Placed an order for Thanksgiving, went through and my card was charged. Came to pick up and it's closed! I got an email confirmation for my order and everything. It could have said it was closed or whatnot instead of processing my order. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.

Bad experience here! First time ordering from here for my twin's bday today I went to pick up the order and it wasn't even made yet, even though I had already paid and ordered in Advance! Tried to give me a boy cookie cake when my twins are girls They made the cookie cake but it wasn't even the size I ordered didn't even try to give a discount or anything I will never order anything from here again I paid for something that wasn't what I wanted. I'm so disappointed with the service they had.

I started calling this location on a Tuesday with no answer so I waited until opening on Wednesday and started calling every hour with no answer except one time and they kept acting as if they couldn't hear me then hung up, then one time they put the phone down and never returned to the call. I called up until closing with no answer so finally called the West Lake Houston location and talked to this very helpful and energetic soul named Amber who was happy to help me even though it is a bit out of my way I rather go there than five mins away from my house for poor customer service. Deer Brook I'm shaking my head and would give 0 yes zero stars if I could.

On Saturday morning I visited the location on the second floor at Deerbrook Mall. There were quite a few customers but both the workers and what I was told was the manger were  moving quickly to serve customers. When it was my turn, Javi, which I found out was the manager was telling us the promotions, was patient, and very friendly. Even separated our cookies to accommodate us. Javi was helpful, contributed to helping the customers, and provided great customer service.

This review is for the Great American Cookies upstairs In deer brook mall. The two young girls were working when I was trying to order. The shorter girl with the braids refused to acknowledge me and then proceeded to help someone who walked up behind me although I was standing for awhile.  I then decided to go to the Great American cookie downstairs and the man working was very polite and I received great service.

I've only been here once. But I put an order online for my boyfriends birthday cookie cake he doesn't like sweets, but loves cookies, so instead of giving him a cake, a giant cookie would be better I ordered online, kind of confused not knowing what it would really look like. The next day I showed up, actually quite early, and they asked for my identification and I showed them, the woman then pulled the cake right from under the desk and handed it right over. I was very impressed, and the cakes are delicious. Of course this was my first time, so I am rating it based on my first time.

One star only because my daughters did end  up having a cake but it came with plenty of heartache. I ordered online, paid and then i called into the location to confirm my order was received. That was all irrelevant because when my husband arrived one hour before the birthday party started to pick up the cake and they had no such order. Not only did they not care to admit the mistake when my husband showed the confirmation order but their go to answer was “i don’t know what to tell you”.... Get your $45 cookie cake elsewhere!

Staff arguing amongst themselves. I was late for my door dash order for just 4 slices of cookie cake. Taking forever too busy flirting and arguing with each other. Terrible service.

Beware the staff are young and immature they have one girl who works downstairs and her hair smells of smoke and is very rude and nasty! She isn’t as young as the teenagers up top but she has the same attitude! Then when you go upstairs they ignore you until you call them one girl named Alexis her horrible attitude made me not even want any cookies! And to top it all off one of the employees told me they had rats all throughout the food court
