Check in was easy and the rooms were what we saw depicted online. It's a bit dated but if you're planning on using the casino for your fun you'll be fine. Heat worked perfectly and the room had a nice reading nook.. remember to close the blinds though because you're across from similarly situated rooms!

I stayed at the Great Cedar hotel and there were bed bugs in the bed.  I check every bed before laying down, pulling covers back sheets back as well.  I took pictures and put it in a glass and brought it to the front desk.   They put me in a suite and gave me an 800# to call which no one answers or returns calls.  The front desk had housekeeping to check the suite it was clean no bugs in sight.  Housekeeping says she wanted to see the bed bug so we went downstairs to the front desk the housekeeper goes behind the desk and stays back there 15 minuets then when I ask the front desk why is it taking so long, here comes the housekeeping with management from Pequot (because great cedar had no management) and the housekeeper looked confused and shrugged her shoulders and says it looks like a cock roach end quote.  I said lady look we know what bed bugs look like and that’s definitely a bed I have pics so she says we will have the exterminator check and get back with you and guess what it’s been a month haven’t heard anything.  I explained to the manager if I don’t hear from them I’m going to write this review. So here you go please everyone beware when you stay in these places to check beds, linens , couches ect....

Got a great deal on a room, service was great and valet was convenient. The walls in the room are paperthin so we could here the dog barking in the room next to us off and on throughout our stay. Can't fault the staff for that though

I only stayed one night and didn't gamble while I was there but overall it is a very clean place to stay. I can't give any feedback on the casino side but my kids loved the treehouse arcade.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Room was stunning , great location ,casinos, restaurants, clubs , I Couldn't have asked for better place to stay.👍👍
