i know it's all about the stylist to make you fell happy about your haircut not the shop itself thus is why i gave 2 stars not one, so my stylist wasn't know what to do, i spent 40 sitting on the chair telling here what i want and finely i gave up and went to another shop to have my hair cut in the right way, so unhappy

Been waiting for a long time and the cutter there did not queue us in the system. When a new customer comes with online reservation we were queued after them. The thing is when we called they just said go to the shop and did not even mentioned there is queuing in place.
